Sports or loose shoes with light soles or bare feet must be on board the yacht; (as other shoes leave black streaks on the white plastic of the yacht as well as for the safety of the holidaymaker on board)

It was forbidden to board the yacht in shoes with nail heels or high heels. For yacht safety and preservation purposes.

It is forbidden to bring and use the following products on the yacht:

  • red wine.
  • grape juice and other juices from dark berries.
  • dark berries: blackcurrants, blueberries, blackberries, etc. etc.
  • oils and fatty products: dried chicken, etc.

    (if one of the above products gets in, it is impossible to wash off the white plastic of the yacht)

    If you take food products on board, do not forget to take care of disposable containers - paper or plastic.

    It is forbidden to use containers made of glass and other breakable materials on the yacht. For customer security.

    You can smoke on the yacht only with the captain's permission. Dress for the weather and take warm clothes for the yachting as it is always cooler on the water than on land.

The purpose of a yacht trip is to have a good and safe time on the water. ALL ACTIVITIES ON THE YACHT, FROM SMOKING TO DIVING IN THE WATER, MUST BE APPROVED WITH THE CAPTAIN IN ADVANCE.

The customer is obliged to inform in time if there will be preschool children on board. In order to prepare life jackets of the appropriate size.

The amount of the advance payment (DEPOSIT) that the Client must make during the yacht booking process depends on the yacht class and the duration of the trip. Usually it is 20% of the amount. The remainder is paid on the day of the trip. The yacht booking is considered complete from the moment the advance payment (deposit) is received in the Organizer's bank account.

Yacht applications for a walk without advance payment (security money) are informative in nature and do not guarantee a walk at the time you need.

The advance payment is not returned if the walk did not take place due to the Customer's fault.
The advance payment is returned in full if the walk did not take place due to the fault of the Organizers. If the client changes, moves the time of the walk, he pays the Organizer 50% of the prepayment amount, but not less than 50 euros.

Rain or bad weather is not a reason to cancel the trip or return the deposit. If the time of the yacht trip is changed less than 10 days before the requested trip, the Client loses 100% of the prepayment. The yachting time is not transferred after the Client has paid the difference in the prepayment up to the required amount.

If the Client delays the start of the walk with the yacht for more than 15 minutes, then the delay time is included in the total time of the walk with the yacht and is not compensated, and the return to the pier takes place according to the pre-booked time;

In the event that the client wishes to reduce the duration of the pre-arranged yacht tour, it will be reduced as much as possible, but the client will pay the pre-agreed price in full;

The client understands and accepts that the actual duration of the walk with the yacht depends on the weather conditions during the trip - wind strength and direction, visibility, wave height and other factors that affect the speed and course of the yacht. The Organizer is not responsible for cases where the walk with the Yacht takes longer due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  • Overcast or cloudy weather is not a reason for cancellation / rescheduling of the yacht walk and return of prepayment.
  • The captain has the right to change the originally planned route based on existing weather conditions (wind force and direction, wave height) during the walk with the yacht.
  • In case of strong wind (more than 20 m/s), on the day when the walk with the Yacht was planned, the Captain has the right to postpone the trip to another available time, upon agreement with the Client, for safety reasons.
  • If it starts to rain during a walk with a yacht, the walk is not canceled because the yacht has a cabin where you can hide from the rain.
  • Any change in time during the Yachting trip does not affect the pre-agreed value of the Yacht rental.
  • Rain and/or forecast of rain prior to the Yachting trip shall not be considered as a reason for cancellation or rescheduling of the trip.
  • The Captain of the yacht has the right to stop or not to start a walk with the yacht if one of the guests is under the influence of intoxicating substances, and this condition may threaten the safety of the guest or other people during the trip.
  • Smoking on the yacht is possible upon agreement with the Captain.
  • You can fish while walking with a yacht, observing the requirements of the corresponding regulatory acts.
  • Considering the yacht's draft, if the Client wants to go ashore in a place not intended for docking, he may have to jump into the water.
  • You can get off the yacht to the pier or jump overboard and swim only with the Captain's permission.
  • All prices on the website (gift cards, prints, brochures and advertising) are listed without VAT.
  • A particular yacht, cutter or catamaran may have individual sea walk booking, use or transfer rules that differ from the above rules. In the event that a point of the rules contradicts the rules on the yacht, then the basic rules are the individual rules in a particular water vehicle.
